Payment for non-UK orders must be by Visa, Mastercard or cheques in Pounds Sterling drawn on a UK bank with sort-code.
Delivery times: Please allow 14 days for receipt of your order (21 days if placed by post). In practice, we aim to dispatch orders within 48 hours; unfortunately this is not always possible due to circumstances beyond our control.
Insurance: Proof of posting is obtained for all packages dispatched,
insured against loss or damage in transit.
However you must give us your full, correct postcode;
otherwise any such claims cannot be entertained.
Privacy statement: Personal details (address, phone number, etc) are treated as confidential and will not be passed on to any other companies.
Personal visits: The shop is open Monday to Saturday from 9am – 5.30pm.
If you're making a special journey for a specific item,
it would be advisable to telephone first
to check whether a copy is available.
Similarly please check that the shop will be open if you're planning a Bank Holiday outing!

N.B. Although Visa Debit and credit cards are fine,
Visa Electron is not acceptable unfortunately.

EEC = £2 first item + 50p each extra.
